VISION

The Indian economy and governance systems are changing decisively, making it more difficult for state governments to respond effectively. To cope up with the change and to have a modern and responsive Planning Department at the state level, it is important to have “informed” decision making within government.
Drawing its mandate from the 5th State Finance Commission Report and the Sustainable Development Goals 2030 VISION of Haryana, SJHIFM’s vision is to serve as a “Policy Think Tank” for the state of Haryana, with a view of strengthening internal stakeholder capacity through organized training and research initiatives. It will be accomplished by forming partnerships and engaging with academic experts in various fields at the national and international levels.

MISSION

The mission of SJHIFM would be to position itself as the first point of reference for consultancy and handholding by all Govt. administrator units by imbibing the sense of fiscal responsibility and by infusing the matching practices and by providing its services and outputs of reasonable and affordable costs to uses within and outside Govt. system.
